Please note the turn around times on all orders as it varies from in stock to customs. Customs typically take 1-2 weeks.
DOMESTIC: I ship first class mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are calculated to the best of my ability. However, if I have grossly overestimated shipping, I will refund the excess.
INTERNATIONAL: International orders are welcome! Please be advised that delivery times may be longer due to customs. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
WARRANTIES: I guarantee the workmanship and materials of my items for 45 days. This applies to the original purchaser only. If something happens with your product during this time, please let me know and I will work to fix it.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY: Your happiness with the product is very important to me! I encourage you to ask questions before you order. I will accept returns if the item is defective or grossly misrepresented. I will offer a replacement or store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns are at my discretion. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase if you are not happy with the item(s).
All purchases of 2nd's or clearance items are FINAL.
CUSTOMS: Prompt responses to emails/messages is appreciated. Custom Orders can not be returned unless defective. I provide a picture of the completed custom order for approval before shipping.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Though studies have shown that wood contains its own anti-bacterial elements, preventing germs from reproducing each item is easily washed with warm soapy water then simply laid out to air dry. To keep your wood looking fresh and beautiful I recommend using the sealant I offer in my shop.
